We offer counseling from a licensed pharmacist between 8am and 4pm CST Monday to Friday. You can also Email us after hours and you should receive a response within 1-2 business days. All orders come with a drug information sheet as well.

Yes we do require a valid prescription. It has to be written in English and written by a doctor that is licensed in the country where you reside. 

You can order a maximum of three month of medication for personal use. If your doctor provides a prescription with more refills, we will keep them on file for future use when it is time for your refill. If you need to stock up due to travel or other personal reasons please contact us and we can provide you with options.

Once your order is processed, it takes 1-2 business days to clear the pharmacy and 3-6 weeks for delivery. Holidays, weather and other disruptions may cause delays. Tracking can provide clarity but we still follow a 3-6 week ETA regardless.

We do encourage people to order with ample supply on hand to prevent missed doses for delays that are out of our control. If you do not receive your order in time please call us to arrange for a reshipment or a refund for your order.

Prescriptions that have been dispensed and shipped to customers are not returnable to inventory under Canadian law and the pharmacy is required to destroy any previously dispensed medication. For this reason, all sales are final.

We can accept returns if there is an error on our part or if the package is damaged during shipment that affects the medication. If there are any concerns about the safety or efficacy of the medication, we have a pharmacist on staff that can answer any questions. We are committed to providing the best possible customer service.

If you make a mistake placing an order online or if you, or your doctor, changes your mind after the order ships, we cannot accept a return. Once a medication is dispensed, it cannot be returned to the pharmacy. These issues are beyond our control and we cannot accept a return.

Please give us a call if there is an issue with your order and we will attempt to resolve it.

We are only able to cancel orders that have not been transferred to the pharmacy to be filled.  Legally once the product has left the pharmacy it cannot be reused.

For refills, most orders are processed almost immediately. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be returned.

If you need to cancel an order please call us as soon as possible and we will try our best to stop the shipment.   However once it has shipped options are limited.

Since we do not operate in the United States, we cannot accept U.S insurance. If you have private insurance they may reimburse you for your yearly purchases and we are happy to provide a medical expense report. You will have to talk to your insurance company before ordering to ensure that you will be reimbursed for out of country medication purchases.

Since we deal with an individual's personal and financial information, we handle your private information seriously. All online orders and other online communications are processed utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL version 3.0 or higher) and secured by a true VeriSign SSL Certificate. This ensures that your data will not be intercepted by anyone elsewhere on the internet.

We also have encryption for all information that is submitted to us before transmission. Only specific and authorized staff have access for specific tasks. Our systems and networks are protected to prevent unauthorized traffic from reaching our internal network

We specialize in inhalers but we can ship most other medications. However as an online pharmacy referral company there are medications we cannot ship. None of our pharmacy partners are able to ship narcotics, habit forming drugs, controlled substances or drugs that have potential for abuse. This mostly covers pain drugs, sleeping meds and ADHD medications and testosterone. We also cannot ship insulin products and temperature controlled products as we cannot guarantee they will arrive in a stable state.

Inhalers Online is a pharmacy referral service and not a brick and mortar pharmacy. We source your medication from licensed pharmacy partners from all over the world to offer competitive pricing on safe medication.

The dispensing pharmacies follow all national guidelines and have comparable health standards to what you might find in the U.S. Every order is reviewed by a pharmacist to ensure safety and quality. The Pharmacy will offer counselling for all orders.

If you do not receive your order within our 4 week timeframe, we can arrange to have your order reshipped or provide a refund.

As we specialize in Inhalers, we need to have the most competitive prices for our products on the market. We are able to price match other online pharmacies as long as they are members of PharmacyChecker.com or Canadian International Pharmacy Association (CIPA).

It must be the same product, strength and country of origin. It also has to be readily available to ship as shortages may cause an increase in price that we cannot accommodate. Other fees such as dispensing fees and shipping cost must also be considered.

Inhalers online offers free shipping. If a competitor has a lower base cost, but has an additional shipping fee, this will need to be considered. Please call us toll-free for a price match as we always want to have the best pricing. This is something we work on internally, but working with our customers will guarantee the best price.

Generic and brand medications have to have the same amount of their active ingredient present. The differences may include the type of device and the non-medical ingredients. Every order is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy in the country of origin and follows all national guidelines to ensure safety and quality. Generic products have the same therapeutic effects as the brand product.

While less expensive, generic products are equally effective as their brand name. Generic products are very popular due to their accessibility. The only reason we can not substitute a brand product with a generic is when your doctor has specifically determined that the brand is “medically necessary". This is done at your doctor’s discretion.

The packaging as well as the medication may look different due to the country of origin being different. However, Brand products use the same formula in the manufacturing process for all countries. Generic medications contain the same active ingredients and concentrations as the name-brand products, but can differ in shape, color, size, markings and non-active fillers.

While the medication itself remains unchanged, the manufacturer handling its production and distribution may differ from one country to another. This approach helps improve the availability of vital medications, making them more accessible across borders while streamlining supply chains.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is a method of payment that allows us to process payments from your checking account electronically instead of mailing us a physical cheque. This is much faster and prevents issues when a cheque is lost in the mail or delayed in the mail service. EFT payments are encrypted in our system and can only be accessed specifically when processing authorized payments. Please ensure there are sufficient funds prior to authorization as the payment is processed once the order is transferred to the pharmacy which can happen the same day.

We are limited to accepting 1 coupon per order. In addition, coupons for individual products cannot be substituted for different products. If an order is in violation of our coupon policy, it may be held until we discuss this with you. Please use coupons as intended to avoid unnecessary delays in your orders.
